Agreement
By engaging Clinch Work for web design and development services, you agree to these terms. A separate project agreement will be provided before work begins, outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables specific to your project.
Services
Clinch Work provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services for combat sports gyms. The specific scope of work is defined in your project agreement and the plan tier you select (Mat Time or Atelier).
Payment
The build fee is due in two installments: 50% before work begins and 50% before launch. Monthly maintenance is billed on the first of each month, starting the month after launch. Late payments may result in site suspension after 30 days written notice.
Money-back guarantee
If I cannot deliver the agreed-upon scope within 30 days of the original launch date, you are entitled to a full refund of the build fee. This does not apply to delays caused by late content delivery or revision requests beyond the agreed scope.
Ownership
You own all code, assets, and content created for your project. Upon cancellation or contract end, I will export and hand off all files. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Monthly plans
Monthly maintenance plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. After the minimum period, you can cancel with 30 days written notice. Month-to-month pricing applies if you do not commit to the 12-month term. Your site stays live through the end of the billing period after cancellation.
Revisions
Mat Time includes 1 revision round. Atelier includes multiple revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at $150/hour.
Liability
Clinch Work is not liable for lost revenue, downtime, or damages beyond the total amount paid for services. I will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, scheduling platforms) are subject to their own terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Active clients will be notified of material changes via email 30 days in advance.
