Clinch Work is operated by Jack Ferrence as a sole proprietorship based in Los Angeles, California. This policy applies to clinchwork.co and all services provided by Clinch Work.

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, gym name, website URL, and any message content. We do not collect information automatically beyond basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, deliver the free site audit, or begin work on your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We may use your email to send a follow-up about your audit — one email, not a drip campaign.
Third-party services
Form submissions are processed through Formspree. The site is hosted on Netlify. Both services have their own privacy policies. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or advertising networks on this site.

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Basic functional cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Netlify) for performance and security purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email jack@clinchwork.com and I will handle it within 30 days.
